This is a multi-location auction: buy or sell in any location, and the club will coordinate transport between locations! If you’re in New England and there’s not a location near you, email me and I’ll see if we can add one!

• Winners pay TFCB via Paypal within 24 hours after the auction ends.
• Vendors will be paid after all bidders have paid TFCB, within 2 weeks of the event.
• The auction is open to the public. Anyone can enter lots for auction, non-members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the auction.
• All used equipment should be clean and in good, working condition.
• No tanks or gravel.
• All monies will be handled by TFCB. Don’t exchange money directly with a buyer, and make sure you see a buyer’s paid invoice before you give them their lots.

The following rules will be automatically enforced by this site:

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup at multiple locations
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Oct 27, 2023 8 a.m. EDT to Nov 2, 2023 8 p.m. EDT
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Nov 2, 2023 9 p.m. EDT
• You can submit lots starting Aug 5, 2023 8 a.m. EDT
• You can submit lots until Nov 1, 2023 11:30 p.m. EDT
• You can submit up to 30 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged 30% of the winning price per lot you sell
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $1

Lots are to be dropped off on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

Lots can be picked up at 5:30 p.m.
